Everyone was teaching how to design...
No one was teaching how to make money as a designer.

When I first started my online journey as a designer, of course I wanted to bring in more money. I already had business experience (I had 2x 6 figure biz before this one), so I knew a few things about business BUT... I had no clue how to be a successful online designer.

I doubted myself so much when it came to most things in business.
?? How to attract more clients
?? How to price my offers
?? How to come up with new offers
?? How to reply to emails / revisions
?? How to set up proposals + contracts...
?? How to organize projects

I couldn't find the right mentors to show me the way. Most coaches I worked with were not familiar with the design industry. So I figured out lots on my own (not all!)… and in the end, it worked out for me... but I failed a few times along the way.

I've had massive clarity recently (I'll keep that for another post) - and I've had the nudge to work with designers and support them through their beginners / scaling journeys... I want to be that mentor I needed when I first got started.
